Refs On Tour exists at the point where those two needs meet. In doing we strengthen officiating, improve tournament delivery and credibility, which enables the community game thrive.

Well-officiated matches are fundamental to successful tournaments – coordination, consistency and on-the-day control is key. Refs On Tour supports organisers by providing:
1. Referee organisation and assignment across pitches and schedules
2. Referee coaches and advisors for on-site support and development
3. Pitch managers overseeing match flow, logistics and control
4. Consistent, professional officiating standards throughout events
